Let's make data frame which contains 2005 data only.

Then, let's make data frame which contains 2018 data only.

Then, join these two data frames with inner_join() function.

All right, then, let's calculate net change from 2005 to 2018.

So, it's time to see which country has the largest net change?

AUS has the largest net change from 2005 to 2018.
And we see all countries have positive net change.
International Student Mobility as a whole has improved since 2005.

Let's plot 2005 value and net change.

We see AUS has the highest value for 2005 and the largest net change.
